About the Gym
Colosseum Muay Thai opened in 2003 as the UAE's first muay thai gym and is led entirely by Thai trainers, with rooftop mats and an atmosphere reviewers repeatedly compare to training in Thailand. It runs ninety minute group classes, sixty minute private sessions and kids classes from early morning to late, and publishes clear monthly and per session rates, which is rare and helpful. The coaching is authentic and technical, suiting beginners through to fighters. A couple of reviewers mention a strict or blunt style from a head trainer, so try a class first, but the Thai coaching and longevity make it a Dubai landmark.

An all Thai coaching team including Kru Joe (Pornchai Nuandee), Kru Lan, Kru Tui and others, under owner Abdul Mounem Salha. The gym has run since 2003 with a traditional, technique focused approach.
