Team Nogueira Dubai is one of the biggest martial arts facilities in the UAE, with a full size cage, boxing ring, grappling mats, a large functional area and a cafe. It offers MMA, BJJ, judo, muay thai, boxing and kickboxing with high level coaches, so muay thai sits within a broad multidiscipline programme rather than being the headline. The facility and coaching are widely praised, though it is on the pricier side and can get busy at peak times. A strong choice if you want world class facilities and the option to cross train, less so if you want a dedicated muay thai room.
