About the Gym
Classes are beginner friendly and run morning to evening, with small enough groups for real feedback and a clean, modern, unintimidating space. Alongside Muay Thai you can train BJJ, boxing, wrestling and MMA, plus strength work. A strong all rounder rather than a pure Muay Thai gym.
