Team Vidákovics is in Costa Adeje, the main tourist area in the south of Tenerife, which makes it one of the easiest gyms to reach on a trip. Coach Patrik teaches boxing, K1 and muay thai to all levels, in English and Spanish, and reviewers repeatedly mention dropping in while on holiday and being made welcome. Group classes and private sessions are both available. If you want pure traditional muay thai it is not the focus here, but for accessible striking training near the resorts it is a strong pick.
