About the Gym
Healthy Muay takes a deliberately different approach from the big group-class clubs. Training happens in a private gym by the Lakes, equipped with machines, weightlifting racks, a martial arts area and full equipment, plus a lounge, changing room, shower and towel service. The model is one-to-one, couples or small private groups — never run on autopilot, with every session planned around your energy, mood and goals that day. Beyond muay thai, the studio covers boxing, functional and strength training, cardio, mobility, rehabilitation and breathwork.

Head Coach
Jonas
Jonas has decades of experience across physical and mental training, martial arts and health, with a background in breathwork, meditation and holistic training. He first encountered muay thai in 1999 while living in Thailand and has since trained at renowned Copenhagen clubs and at camps in Thailand and Vietnam, working with masters including Sakeddao Sor Ayupinda and Anna 'Supergirl' Jaroonsak. He is a certified personal trainer and pad holder who returns regularly to Thailand to refine his craft.
