About the Gym
SHC Fight Gym pairs a dedicated muay thai club with the facilities of the Sporting Health Club fitness chain, which means members get access to well-equipped martial arts and functional training spaces during all club opening hours, outside of scheduled classes. The club is housed on the fourth floor of the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel building on Amager and operates on a 24-hour access basis.
What the club emphasises most is its coaching. Because the trainers make their living teaching martial arts, SHC is able to attract experienced professional coaches who are fully focused on the craft — people with years of fighting and training behind them.
