About the Gym
Founded in late 2005, the Griphouse has produced fighters across MMA, BJJ and Muay Thai and runs a large kids programme in BJJ, wrestling and judo. If you only want Muay Thai in a traditional setting, one of the dedicated Thai boxing gyms will suit you better.
