About the Gym
An honest note about the profile: reviews describe Onechai as a brutal, authentic Thai-style boxing club where respect, community, and traditional values are central. Multiple reviewers explicitly compare the atmosphere to gyms in Thailand itself. That said, one critical review describes an instructor responding sarcastically to a student trying to help a beginner — feedback that's worth weighing alongside the overwhelmingly positive notes, and that doesn't reflect the head coach but does suggest the culture rewards traditional hierarchy over peer learning. Membership tiers are transparent: 'A Little' at 739 SEK/month gives 3 sessions weekly, 'Standard' at 849 SEK/month gives 7 Muay Thai + 3 fighter fitness sessions weekly, and 'Pro' at 1,295 SEK/month adds a monthly PT lesson. All on 12-month commitments with a 450 SEK annual membership fee. Children's and youth programs are run as 'Suk OneChai' competition series.
