Classes are led by certified instructors Juan-Dre Blaine and Ncedo "Nintendo" Gomba, and the gym prides itself on authentic Muay Thai for students of every level. A separate functional fitness program (under Brett Van Niekerk) runs alongside the Muay Thai.
