About the Gym
DinaMite is the closest thing Lisbon has to a championship factory for Muay Thai. The team has fought in ONE Championship, GLORY and Enfusion, and its roster includes verified Lisbon fighters such as Diogo Calado ('The King D') and Frederico Cordeiro ('The Joker'), both competing out of the team. What sets it apart is the refusal to divide classes by level: a first-timer shares the floor with active competitors, which raises the standard for everyone. Head coach Dina Pedro has run the team for over two decades, an unusually long and stable tenure for a female head coach in the sport.

Dina Pedro
Dina Pedro founded DinaMite in 2001 and has led it ever since, building a team that has produced world and European champions across more than two decades. Her coaching staff includes several former competitive athletes.
