About the Gym
Unbreakables is one branch of João Diogo's KO Team, a network spanning many gyms across Lisbon specialising in kickboxing, boxing, MMA and Muay Thai. As such it's a kickboxing-and-Muay-Thai gym rather than a pure-Thai school. Members credit coach Rogério with keeping classes varied and welcoming, with equipment available to borrow for newcomers. A solid, well-organised option if you want a structured team environment and don't mind a multi-discipline striking focus.
