About the Gym
Team Duramuk is an honest mix of Muay Thai and kickboxing rather than a pure-Thai school, and it does that blend well. Master Nuno Duran is repeatedly singled out for catching individual weak points during group and sparring sessions and explaining everything clearly in English — a real advantage for the many exchange students and travellers who train here. The atmosphere mixes beginners and experienced fighters, and the gym also runs kids' classes and even a Sunday running team. Strong choice if you want a friendly, English-language environment.
