About the Gym
Part of João Diogo's KO Team network (founded 2004, spanning many gyms with dozens of coaches and instructors), this São Domingos de Rana location is openly multi-discipline: boxing, kickboxing, MMA and Muay Thai under one roof. Longtime members describe a tight family culture built on respect and humility, with good equipment and a champion-making track record across the network. If you want a broad combat-sports base with Muay Thai as one option among several, it delivers; for pure Thai, look elsewhere.
