About the Gym
One of the oldest Muay Thai schools in the country, ZFortes has been built and run by Master José Fortes for more than three decades — long enough that several reviewers call him a maker of champions and a genuine pioneer of Portuguese Muay Thai. The school sits in Castanheira do Ribatejo, north-east of central Lisbon, and surrounds its core Muay Thai with boxing, jiu-jitsu, kids' classes and wider fitness services.
